Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dependable Sign Technician to install, service, and maintain a wide variety of signs. This role involves hands-on fieldwork, technical problem-solving, and interaction with customers. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain interior and exterior signs, including illuminated and non-illuminated signage
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical sign issues
Safely operate tools, ladders, lifts, and service vehicles
Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and specifications
Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sign installation, electrical, or related technical experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
