We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing Coordinator who is committed to
accuracy, follow-through, and strong supplier relationships. This role is primarily in-office, as
collaboration, visibility, and hands-on partnership with our team are key to success in this
position.


Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage purchase orders with vendors
• Evaluate suppliers by considering price, quality, availability and other criteria
• Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, communicate order status,
deliver orders and address questions and issues efficiently
• Negotiate with vendors and supplies to obtain the best-delivered price
• Manage supplier relationships to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
• Authorize payments and maintain receipts, records and inventories
• Support department and organization needs through additional duties, as assigned


Qualifications:
• 2+ years of purchasing and price negotiation experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP systems and basic computer skills
• Organized with the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload accordingly
• Ability to meet deadlines and provide excellent internal customer service
