We’re looking for a junior-level MIG Welder to join our team. This role involves welding thin gauge materials while maintaining weld integrity and surface quality. Ongoing training and guidance will be provided, but prior hands-on MIG welding experience is required.
MIG welding thin gauge material without burn-through
Maintaining weld integrity and protecting finished surfaces
Welding consistently for several hours each day
Using tape measures and calipers for accurate measurements
Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
Some hands-on MIG welding experience (work or technical training required)
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady, consistent pace
Willingness to learn, improve skills, and grow with the team
