Express Employment Professionals is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sign Designer with strong graphic design experience to support a busy sign production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing signage while ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and production readiness.
Design custom signage, graphics, and layouts for print and production
Work with clients, sales teams, and production staff to understand project requirements
Prepare and proof artwork for fabrication and installation
Modify existing designs and create new concepts as needed
Ensure designs meet brand standards, specifications, and deadlines
Organize and manage digital files for production use
Previous experience in sign design or graphic design (required)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required; Photoshop/InDesign preferred)
Knowledge of sign materials, layouts, and production processes is a plus
Strong attention to detail and typography skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
