• Shifts: Wednesday to Friday 8am-3:30pm; Saturdays & Sundays 7am-3pm

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standardized recipes and portion controls
• Set up and break down food stations and dining areas, ensuring they are fully stocked and visually appealing
• Maintain food safety and sanitation by cleaning utensils, equipment, and workspaces; monitor food/drink temperatures
• Restock supplies, track inventory, and store food properly (date-labeling, FIFO, etc.)
• Interact with customers—take orders, answer questions, process payments using POS systems
• Handle cash accurately and escalate customer concerns to management
• Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous food service experience (cafeteria, restaurant, catering, hospital, school) preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Familiarity with POS/cash handling
• Physical stamina for standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays
