Our client is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support daily production operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Set up and operate production machinery according to work instructions
Load raw materials and unload finished products
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns
Maintain accurate production and inspection records
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
1 year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow written instructions and production schedules
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Experience operating CNC, injection molding, stamping, or packaging equipment
Familiarity with basic preventative maintenance
Forklift certification or material handling experience
