Job Title: Production / Electromechanical Assembly Worker
Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift (Overtime as needed)

About the Role

Our client is hiring an Electromechanical Assembly Worker to assemble and test products that combine mechanical components with electrical wiring and systems. This role is well-suited for someone with hands-on assembly experience who enjoys precision work and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical systems, components, and subassemblies

• Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, and cable routing per schematics and diagrams

• Install mechanical parts such as brackets, motors, sensors, and housings

• Conduct basic functional testing and inspections

• Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed

• Follow safety, quality, and production standards

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in electromechanical or electrical assembly

• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

• Strong attention to detail and documentation

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred (Not Required)

• IPC, soldering, or electronics certifications

• Experience with control panels, automation equipment, or robotics

• Background in manufacturing, aerospace, medical devices, or electronics
