Job Title: Production / Mechanical Assembly Worker
Pay Range: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift (Overtime as needed)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembly Worker to support hands-on production and assembly operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, following detailed instructions, and building quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, or blueprints

• Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, torque tools, etc.) safely and efficiently

• Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform basic troubleshooting and rework as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in mechanical assembly, production, or manufacturing

• Ability to read and follow work instructions or basic mechanical drawings

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
