Salary: $70,000 with commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $70,000 starting salary with commission
This role is responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships by actively listening, identifying needs, and delivering thoughtful solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at balancing service quality with business growth. Success in this role comes from strong communication, follow-through, and the ability to understand what clients truly need—not just what they ask for.
Conduct regular quality checks on current client contracts, including renewals, to ensure satisfaction with service
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding schedules, expectations, and potential service issues
Serve as a trusted point of contact by actively listening, clarifying concerns, and confirming understanding
Make follow-up contact with each client at least once every three months
Generate quarterly customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback, concerns, or opportunities for improvement
Visit and inspect job sites to assess needs and conditions
Listen to client goals and ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and offer practical alternatives when appropriate
Discuss budgets openly and propose solutions that align with client priorities and constraints
Prepare bids, budgets, estimates, and proposals with a high level of accuracy
Maintain a weekly log of estimates and proposals for review
Review proposals prior to being sent to clients to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness
Negotiate pricing with clients on alternative solutions when recommended
Follow up on outstanding proposals and contracts in a timely manner
Identify opportunities to enhance services based on client needs and feedback
Present upsell opportunities in a consultative, solution-focused manner
Balance client satisfaction with long-term account growth
Accurately document all client interactions, contracts, and follow-ups in Aspire (CRM)
Maintain organized records to support renewals, proposals, and ongoing relationship management
Strong active listening and communication skills
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Comfortable discussing budgets and negotiating pricing
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confident presenting ideas, alternatives, and recommendations
Self-motivated with excellent follow-through and time management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Clients feel heard, supported, and confident in the partnership
Contracts are renewed smoothly with minimal issues
Proposals are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs
Opportunities for additional services are identified naturally through conversation and trust
Client satisfaction issues are addressed proactively, not reactively
