Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers over the phone
• Contact potential customers via phone and/or online
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Set follow-up appointments for Outside Sales to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Work with Manufacturing and Production departments to meet customer's requests on orders
• Make outbound courtesy calls and email updates to customers advising them of their ship dates and any delays

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem solver
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• HS/GED
