Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: All 3 Shifts Available

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

Express Employment is seeking a Die Cast Machine Maintenance Technician to support production operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing die cast machines and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on die cast machines and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Diagnose machine downtime and implement corrective actions
Set up and adjust machines for production as needed
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Work closely with production and engineering teams

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or die cast preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge required
Hydraulic and pneumatic experience required
Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and on a team
Willingness to work assigned shift

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment
Comfortable working around heat, noise, and machinery
