Express Employment Professionals seeking reliable and professional Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced call center environment. This is a full-time position only; part-time availability is not offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution

• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures

• Meet attendance, quality, and performance standards

Requirements:

• Full-time availability is required

• 100% attendance during the 90-day onboarding and training period

• Full-time hours during training

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, with shifts assigned Sunday through Saturday between 4:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
