We are hiring a Restoration Estimator with experience in renovation and restoration projects to support residential and commercial work. This role focuses on developing accurate cost estimates, conducting job site assessments, and supporting projects from initial walkthrough through approval. This position offers long-term growth potential, including the opportunity to transition into a sales or client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed restoration and renovation estimates
• Conduct on-site inspections and walkthroughs to assess scope, materials, and labor
• Analyze scopes of work, plans, and project specifications
• Create cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors
• Revise estimates based on scope changes and client feedback
• Assist with proposal preparation and estimate presentations
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and records
• Support client conversations by clearly explaining pricing and project timelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, restoration, or estimating
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs
• Experience estimating residential and/or commercial restoration projects
• Ability to read and interpret scopes and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Restoration Estimator, Construction Estimator, or Project Coordinator
• Familiarity with restoration, remodeling, or insurance-related construction work
• Experience with estimating software (Xactimate, PlanSwift, or similar)
• Interest in developing into a sales or business development role

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Combination of field job site visits and office-based estimating work
• Local travel required
