Endicott, NY | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | $25/hour

 

Our client in Endicott is growing and looking for a Fraud & Claims - Ecommerce Operations to help protect their ecommerce operations while ensuring customers continue to have a smooth, fair experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, digging into details, and improving processes.

 

If you’ve worked with ecommerce orders, returns, claims, or fraud prevention and enjoy investigative work you may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Review orders and returns to spot unusual activity or potential fraud

• Manage lost, damaged, or missing package claims with carriers and protection providers

• Track trends, document findings, and share insights with leadership

• Help improve processes around fraud prevention, returns, and claims

• Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Ecommerce teams to keep things running smoothly

What Helps You Succeed

• Experience in ecommerce, customer service, fraud prevention, claims, or similar work

• Strong attention to detail and comfort making fair, balanced decisions

• Ability to analyze information and communicate clearly

• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work
