Pay: $26.57 per hour

Rotating schedule

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for drivers and maintenance staff.
Operate two-way radios and GPS trackers to guide drivers with updates and assignments.
Make quick, accurate decisions to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor weather conditions and communicate closures or detours.
Work closely with drivers and staff to maintain efficiency.
Handle emergencies and unusual occurrences with confidence.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word) and GPS knowledge.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred.
