Small Engine Mechanic

Located in Crossville, TN

Job Title: Small Engine Mechanic
Pay Rate: $15–$16 per hour

Job Duties:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar equipment

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, spark plug replacement, blade sharpening, and filter replacement

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in gas-powered equipment

• Test equipment to ensure proper operation after repairs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Accurately document repairs and parts used

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience repairing small engines preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
