HR & Administrative Coordinator (Bilingual)
Location: Union County
Pay: $24–$26 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bilingual HR & Administrative Coordinator to support payroll, accounts payable, and day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting employees, and working closely with leadership and operations.
Verify and review weekly payroll for approximately 90 employees to ensure accuracy
Track PTO and holiday pay and make sure time is paid correctly
Support new employee onboarding, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and E-Verify
Assist with employee offboarding by preparing final paychecks, turning off benefits, and collecting company property when needed
Process accounts payable by reviewing invoices, matching them to approved purchase orders, and entering data into the system
Question and route invoices that are missing purchase orders or do not match for clarification
Pay approved vendor invoices and monthly bills through online payment systems
Order office and operational supplies as needed
Answer and route incoming phone calls and provide general administrative support
Assist with basic technology issues, such as resetting tablets or resolving simple system glitches
Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
Previous experience with payroll processing
Previous experience with accounts payable and invoice matching
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Comfortable communicating with employees, vendors, and managers
Basic computer skills and experience with payroll or accounting systems
This position plays a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, vendors are paid correctly, and office operations run smoothly. The right person will be dependable, professional, and confident handling multiple administrative responsibilities.
