Express Employment Professionals Calgary South is currently hiring for an Office Manager for our client in the south east of Calgary, AB. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the warehouse operation and Head Office, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Supervise and manage the activities of one warehouse employee to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Order office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Enter orders accurately into the system for seamless processing.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiently for various administrative tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange trucking and shipping logistics.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a high level of organization in handling paperwork and documentation.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of office administrative experience.
- Previous building materials and/or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Previous data/order entry experience is considered an asset.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Salary: $48,000 - $52,000 annually.
