Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in McFarland, WI that produces custom cable and wire assemblies for the medical, industrial, defense, and aerospace industries.

This is a sit-down assembly position in a quiet, team-oriented environment. No prior assembly experience is required — candidates who are willing to learn and be trained are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for individuals who work well independently, enjoy hands-on tasks, and can focus on detailed work throughout the day.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am-3:30pm OR 7:00am-5:30pm

Pay: $18.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret instruction packets and work orders
• Measure, cut, and assembler wire and cable components
• Perform soldering tasks as instructed
• Identify parts by color and size
• Use small hand tools accurately and safely 
• Keep up with daily production goals
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
