Customer Service Representative

Located in Madison, WI

Salary: $21/hr

We are seeking a customer service representative in the Monona area! This employer is committed to the highest standard of Customer Relations principles for its customers and fellow staff members. Staff will serve as role models by practicing exemplary behaviors when working with customers and fellow staff members.

Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Field customer phone, email inquiries, and orders
• Manage database
• Date entry
• General clerical and administrative support for sales team

Qualifications:

• High level of phone skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Present a positive image to the public
• Customer service experience
