Salary: $28 hr, or DOE

We have two open payroll positions with companies located in Watsonville CA. One role is part time, with some flexibility, the other is full time. Both opportunities are scheduled fully on-site. Long term career opportunities. One is with a well loved local non-profit, the other is a great company in the construction industry. 

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Payroll support (or possibly accounting department support)
  • Highly detail oriented administrative experience
  • Strong aptitude for basic math
  • A  self guided hands-on approach to solving issues professionally and within the bounds of established process / law / structure
  • Customer service skills
  • Word / Excel and able to learn custom systems quickly
  • Reliability and dedication to a job well-done are crucial to these roles!
