Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembly Technician (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble pneumatic valve components according to work instructions
• Work alongside a line leader to meet daily production goals
• Test and inspect completed components to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform visual inspections and identify any defects
• Cross-train in multiple workstations and production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attendance and reliability are required
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Equipment Used:

• Small pneumatic hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Fans located throughout the plant
• Some chemical exposure associated with manufacturing processes
• Team-oriented and safety-focused environment
