Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for both our customers and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously

• Schedule customer appointments efficiently

• Collect payments accurately

• Assist customers in the showroom and provide guidance as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent people skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in data entry

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
