Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated self starter with some experience in Sign Installation to join our team in Dallas. The Specialist will install signs of all sizes and mediums on poles, buildings, and other structures. The Specialist will be required to dig holes for post and panel sign installations. The Specialist will use a wide range of tools to perform signage installations. These tools range from hand tools, to large specialty tooling (such as scaffolding and lifts), to specialized vehicles. At times, the Specialist will be required to perform installation work at heights that require safety equipment and strict adherence to policies and procedures. The ideal Sign Installation Specialist will have a high school diploma (or GED), a minimum of three years of sign installation experience (or relevant experience), the physical stamina to perform all aspects of the job, pre-wiring skills (if necessary) and a current and unrestricted driver's license.

The Sign Installation Specialist will also be the face of the business and must be professional, and comfortable in interacting with and representing the company.

The following is a list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

• Interact with sales team and customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Confirm the signage accurately conforms to the work order (i.e., spelling, medium, size, etc.)
• Load and transport signage to destination
• Prepare worksite by removing unwanted signage and preparing mounting surface(s)
• Follow all safety policies and procedures in the preparation and installation phases
• Install signage in strict compliance with the work order and any city codes
• Clean installation site
• Perform a quality control review and report findings to company leadership

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Three years sign installation or production experience required
• Computer and Internet skills
• The physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (lifting, climbing, digging and working at heights of greater than 10 feet)
• Current and unrestricted driver's license
• A clean driving record
