Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack and ship outgoing orders, following all standard procedures and HIPAA guidelines.
• Receive, sign for, and organize all incoming deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and stocked shipping area; manage supplies and inventory.
• Order shipping materials as needed; communicate with couriers or the post office for pickups or special requests.
• Complete additional inventory and administrative duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer use.
• Prior experience in shipping, inventory coordination, or a healthcare setting is a plus.
