Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting a part-time Customer Service Representative for a client in Morgantown. This role offers a flexible Monday – Friday day shift schedule and the opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate. Compensation for this position will be based on experience, starting at $18.00 hourly.

 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcomes visitors and maintains the main reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications, and favorable public relations, both internally and externally.
• Answers, screens, and redirects high volume of incoming calls; receives and routes incoming e-faxes to the appropriate recipient.
• Assists in the coordination and execution of overall administrative activities for the office. Schedules conference rooms and assists with Company meetings and events, as requested.
• Provides administrative assistance to senior executives and visiting Company officials, including travel and meeting arrangements, document/spreadsheet development, printing, scanning, etc.
• Processes incoming and outgoing mail; ensures proper postage/shipping labels are affixed to outgoing mail; determines proper recipients of incoming mail and ensures timely delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency using office software including Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated time-management, multi-tasking skills, and initiative.
• Must be highly-organized and have a strong sense of teamwork.

Experience/Education:

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience providing administrative support
