About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HAAS CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of hands‑on experience operating HAAS CNC machines, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor HAAS CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to maintain product quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following shop safety procedures
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating HAAS CNC machines (required)
• Familiarity with G‑code and CNC machine controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to [50 lbs.] and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi‑axis CNC machining
• Knowledge of basic machine maintenance
• Background in manufacturing or metal fabrication
• Ability to make minor program edits
