*Full-time, long-term, day shift position!

 

Responsibilities of the Meat Cutter:

• Cut, trim, bone, and prepare standard cuts of meat according to specifications
• Portion and weigh meat products accurately
• Packaging/labeling products
• Taking apart and cleaning tools/equipment
• Providing customer service

Requirements of the Meat Cutter:

• Previous butchering/meat cutting experience preferred, must have knowledge of different cuts of meat
• Stand for entire shift
• Lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Ideal candidate is accurate, efficient, and has good communication skills
• Perfect attendance bonus of $250 if no attendance issues the first 90 days
• Must be available to work weekends
