Overview

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in a clean environment, works well independently, and can manage routine cleaning tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products.
• Maintain cleanliness of entryways, hallways, and high-traffic areas.
• Perform minor cleaning of windows, doors, and interior glass.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or needed repairs to management.
• Follow established safety guidelines and protocols.
• Assist with occasional special projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.

Work Environment

• Indoor facility setting (office, warehouse, or mixed environment).
• Requires use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• May require evening or early morning shifts depending on business needs.

Compensation

• $18.00-19.00
• Part-time employment with potential for additional hours based on needs 6am - 12 pm two days out of the week
