Position Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires a polished, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for advisors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Support the team with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (accounting experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
