🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gate Attendant to support daily operations at a busy port facility. This role is responsible for checking in truck drivers, verifying credentials, and managing the flow of inbound and outbound traffic to ensure safe and efficient port operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in and process incoming and outgoing trucks at the port gate

• Verify driver credentials, including TWIC cards

• Assist drivers without a TWIC card by coordinating temporary TWIC access and billing accordingly

• Maintain accurate records of truck entries, exits, and access documentation

• Manage and control the flow of truck traffic to prevent congestion and delays

• Communicate effectively with drivers, port personnel, and operations staff

• Follow all port security, safety, and compliance procedures

Requirements

• Valid TWIC card is required

• Previous experience in a gate, security, port, or logistics environment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and data entry skills

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
