A growing local company is seeking hardworking Construction Laborers/Carpenters with framework experience to join their team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in building, and are ready to grow your skills, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with framing work and other construction tasks

• Use hand tools such as shovels, hammers, drills, and occasionally power tools

• Mark reference points, measure distances, and help prepare layouts

• Work from tape measurements and fractional math

• Reading blueprints is a strong plus

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with framework is required

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Knowledge of fractions and ability to use all common hand tools

• Construction or demolition experience

• Must work efficiently and at a steady pace

• HS Diploma/GED required

Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, reaching

• Heavy lifting

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Tools & Equipment
You’ll use hand tools, tape measures, power tools, and saws. You must provide your own:

• Steel-toed boots

• Gloves

• Tool belt

• Hammer

• Tape measure

• Speed square

• Level
