Job Title: 1st Shift Concrete Production Laborer (Temporary/Contract)

Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Classification: Temporary/Contract

This role offers hands-on manufacturing experience, opportunities to learn heavy equipment operation, and a clear path toward leadership and supervisory positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality precast concrete products according to specifications
• Strip and set up concrete forms
• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Operate forklifts, bridge/gantry cranes, and production equipment
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and basic tool maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards
• Assist with general production duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Desire to learn and grow into leadership opportunities
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and prints
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to squat, crawl, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate or learn power tools and heavy equipment
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and humidity conditions

• Safety Glasses Required
• Steel-Toed Shoes Required

• Precast concrete manufacturing facility

• Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity throughout the year
