Working Shift Lead – Tarping Team (2nd Shift)
Pay: $21–$22/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Working Shift Lead to oversee and actively participate in a tarping team. This role is hands-on and requires leading by example while ensuring product is properly tarped and secured for safe shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the working lead for a tarping and load-securing team
Tarp products and apply straps to ensure secure shipment
Monitor workflow and maintain productivity during the shift
Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed
Assist with training and guiding team members as needed
Communicate any issues or concerns to management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
Experience with tarping, strapping, or load securement is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
