We’re looking for a Bunch Machine Operator to run and monitor wire bunching equipment used to twist multiple wires into a single cable strand. This role is all about precision, quality, and keeping production rolling without turning cables into chaos.
Set up, operate, and monitor bunching machines
Load wire spools and adjust tension, speed, and alignment
Inspect finished cable strands for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot machine jams, wire breaks, and minor equipment issues
Perform light maintenance and keep machines running smoothly
Follow safety and production standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete production logs and quality reports
Previous manufacturing or production machine operating experience preferred
Knowledge of measurements and basic math
Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve
Ability to stand for long periods and lift wire spools as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with a production-focused mindset
Fast-paced manufacturing setting
Frequent standing, lifting, and working near moving machinery
Must follow safety protocols at all times
