Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00AM availability to work weekends/holidays

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and alert Alarm Monitor to join a dedicated team ensuring security and rapid response. This role offers on-the-job training and is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, and flexible to work rotating shifts. No prior experience required—just a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple alarm systems and promptly respond to emergency signals

• Follow protocols to verify alerts and dispatch emergency services when needed

• Communicate clearly with clients and emergency personnel in both English and Spanish

• Accurately log and document all alarm activity and incidents

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high professional standards

• Complete employer-provided training and stay current with policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Clear verbal communication and sound decision-making

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 6 months previous customer service experience —training provided
