Are you looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role with excellent pay and room to grow? We are seeking Machine Support Associates to operate and support large-scale welding machinery. This is not a push-button job—you’ll be actively loading, unloading, and performing butt welds and tac welds.

What You’ll Do

• Support giant welding machines in a labor-intensive environment

• Load and unload materials, handle weld setups, and assist with production

• Work closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly

Pay & Schedule

• $19.50/hour

• Day Shift Training: Monday–Thursday, 7 AM – 7 PM (or 5 PM as needed)

• After Training:

  • B Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7 PM – 7 AM

  • C Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7 AM – 7 PM

• Open availability required

Requirements

• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment

• Successfully pass a 10-panel drug screen (THC screening required during shift transition)

• Attend pre-hire interview before being brought on site
