About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various welding techniques, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high‑quality work. You will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal components to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on a variety of metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Fabricate metal structures and components according to specifications
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure safety and quality standards
• Operate and maintain welding tools, machinery, and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on project requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or certification preferred)
• Proven experience as a welder or fabricator
• Proficiency with welding tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions
• Certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with metal fabrication and cutting tools
• Knowledge of shop math and measurement
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
