Water / Fire Remediation Technician
Location: Shawnee, KS
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $21–$23/hour, paid weekly

A local restoration company is seeking a reliable Water / Fire Remediation Technician to assist property owners with cleanup and restoration following water, fire, or mold-related damage. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on remediation experience who takes pride in helping restore homes and businesses after a disaster.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform water and fire damage cleanup and restoration services
• Assist with demolition, debris removal, and drying processes
• Operate restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
• Follow safety procedures and industry standards
• Communicate professionally with property owners and team members
• Document completed work as required

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of remediation experience required
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work in emergency or time-sensitive situations
