Express Employment Professionals is now hiring dependable and motivated individuals for a 1st Shift Box Making / Packaging position at a Foreign Trade Zone facility located in Crossville, TN.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $15.54 per hour

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare cardboard boxes according to specifications

• Pack products securely into boxes for shipment

• Inspect boxes and packaged items for quality and accuracy

• Label, seal, and stack completed boxes properly

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

• Meet daily production and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or box-making experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
