Our client in East London is looking for an Admin. & Receptionist to cover a 12 - 18 month mat leave.

Pay: Starting at $20/hr and is based on experience
Min. 2 years in an entry-level Admin. or Receptionist role.
HS diploma is required.
Some accounting clerical experience is ideal.
Strong computer skills.
Available to work FT hours - Monday to Friday.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
Assisting in Accounts Payable Duties
• Extract electronic invoices from e-mail and prepare for processing
• Prepare paper invoices for processing in TAP
• Assist in management of Purchasing Card process.
• Source, procure, and maintain the appropriate inventory levels of office, print and shop supplies.
Front Desk Reception
• Greeting visitors and be initial contact to the Arbon facility
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
• Field outside calls and redirect to appropriate personnel
• Organize, set up and order lunches, dinners and hotel reservation for departmental gatherings.
• Organize and manage the lift rental operations
• Assist in the set up and maintenance of new office space
• Scheduling/escorting/orientating vendors (cleaning services, fire inspections, equipment maintenance, vehicle registration, etc). Special projects as needed to Vendor Management
• Routine office tasks as needed
• Light housekeeping duties / keeping the common areas tidy and ready to use and presentable for guests
