Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Days)

Job Summary

The Administrative Clerk will support daily office operations at a plant office location. This role is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting office staff as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

  • Greet and welcome visitors and vendors

  • Provide clerical support to office staff and management

  • Generate memos, emails, reports, and other documents as needed

  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information

  • Maintain accurate records and files

  • Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately

  • Assist with general office duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, Outlook, Excel preferred)

  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
