Production Supervisor

Looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our shop floor team in Vista, CA. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys being on the floor, and knows how to work with people.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily production operations in a CNC manufacturing environment
• Work hands-on alongside machinists when needed
• Lead, motivate, and support production employees
• Coordinate workflow, schedules, and priorities to meet deadlines
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Communicate clearly between management and shop floor teams
