Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and Board of Trustees for a mission-driven organization in Philadelphia. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering meaningful work, stability, and exposure to executive leadership.

Job Duties:
• Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and executive communications
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
• Support Board of Trustees meetings, including agendas and minutes
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Requirements:
• Previous executive-level administrative experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, detail oriented, and discreet
• Experience supporting senior leaders and/or boards preferred
