A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team. This role will work closely with both the Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations, assisting with reporting, coordination, and operational support across multiple functions. PT Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director and VP of Operations with day-to-day operational support
- Prepare, run, and maintain operational and performance reports
- Support the new hire onboarding process, including operational setup and coordination
- Manage and track new hire operational tasks to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate projects across departments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Collaborate closely with the IT team on system access, tools, and operational needs
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure operational processes run efficiently
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed
PT Operations Coordinator Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar operational support role
- Strong reporting, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Professional and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and operational systems
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field is a plus
