Location: SE Portland
Schedule: M-F 6:45am - 3:15pm
Pay: $24-$29 depending on experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling and wiring industrial control panels and enclosures based on electrical schematics and verbal instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience with both single-phase and three-phase systems, and a strong understanding of electrical components and programming.
Key Responsibilities
•     Wire and build industrial enclosures according to electrical schematics and verbal instructions
•     Assemble control panels including layout of back panels, wire routing, labeling, and component installation
•     Program Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and other specified devices per work order instructions
•     Work with both single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
•     Perform equipment wiring and testing when control panel shop work is not available
•     Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations
•     Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
•     Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Qualifications
•     High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical systems preferred
•     1+ years of experience in electrical panel assembly or related field
•     Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
•     Familiarity with VFDs and device programming preferred
•     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•     Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•     Basic hand and power tool proficiency
•     Understanding of safety standards and procedures in an industrial setting
