Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday 7:30am to 4pm, Sunday 4pm to 9pm  
Pay Rate: $22.61 per hour

Description: 

Our client is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support their fast-paced senior living community kitchen, ensuring all dishware, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for residents and staff, with responsibilities that uphold strict health and safety standards and involve routine physical tasks.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times in accordance with restaurant and health department standards
• Washing and storing pots, pan, utensils and dishware
• Break down boxes and remove along with the garbage
• Fill, empty, drain dishwasher or pot sinks (as applicable)
• Empty grease trap (if applicable)
• Store food products and paper items upon receipt
• Clean sinks and drains daily
• Perform weekly Culinary/dishwasher checklist
• Clean all metro shelving
• Clean upright racks
• Clean trash bins when needed
• Clean walk-in freezer/refrigerator
• Ensure FIFO compliance
• Sweep and mop floors
• Monitor cleaning supplies inventory levels
• FAST PACED work environment
• Periodic Lifting up to 30lbs
