Responsibilities
- Open/close the office
- Check, sort, and process mail and drop‑box items
- Answer phones, manage voicemail, schedule calls
- Greet walk‑ins and process payments
- Track and upload insurance documents
- Assist clients with applications & portals
- Manage spreadsheets
- Prepare daily mailings and renewal packets
- Order office supplies and manage shredding
- Send reminders
- Support tracking & vendor scheduling
- Schedule walkthroughs
- Assist office staff and collaborate with inspections and maintenance teams
