A leading metal manufacturing company in Watseka, IL is seeking an EMK Turret Press Operator to join their team. Pay: $18 - $24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate an EMK Turret Press to punch, form, and fabricate sheet metal

• Select the correct tooling and position it properly for each job

• Load metal sheets onto the machine and monitor the bending process

• Make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality

• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality

• Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating a turret press in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• Must be able to read and write in English
