Position Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Device Installer (English & Spanish) who will serve as the face of the client by visiting customers’ homes to install and set up devices. This role combines technical know-how with outstanding customer service skills to ensure every installation is smooth and every customer feels confident using the products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customers’ homes to install and configure devices.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance in both English and Spanish.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Educate customers on device features and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
